Cancellation policy
[For course reservations] From 16:00 on the day of your visit, 100% of the course fee (per person) will be charged.
[For seats only reservations] 3,000 yen (per person) will be charged from midnight on the day of your visit.
・If you are more than 10 minutes past the promised time of your reservation without permission, it will be canceled and priority will be given to customers who come to the store.
・If the number of visitors is less than the number of reservations without prior notice, we will charge a cancellation fee based on the cancellation policy.
